      Avantages

      Vrijheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen door middel van extra opleiding en ervaring. Kansen om snel veel verantwoordelijkheid te krijgen (dit moet wel bij je passen)

      Inconvénients

      Veel werk, weinig capaciteit. Dit heeft denk ik ook te maken met de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt waardoor nieuwe collega's lastig te vinden zijn.

      Avantages

      Decent pay when you are early in career WLB good depending on team/manager but overall good.

      Inconvénients

      Management team is unprofessional, some are rude, hard to work with, negative, and made the environment unpleasant.
