No manager over your shoulder, can be on your phone, I even bring my laptop to work but I had a slow store. Benefits are okay.
Inconvénients
Working alone sometimes open to close. Mystery shops that if you fail under 90% you can lose your job. There's no security in this job at all, you can lose it at any moment because of 1 mistake. Your job is always threatened if you don't sell enough/any cards, or get customers to sign up for direct deposit. You're literally treated like a child. The ACE Elite card is a scam by the way!! Management looks at you as just a number. Management can barely do their job but always expect so much out of you for little pay. Hard to get time off. If you need to call off, YOU have to find someone to cover your shift. Not management. There was a store that got robbed and my DM called and asked if I could work that store the next day open to close because she couldn't find anyone to cover the shift. Are you kidding me? You never feel safe. The turn over rate is ridiculous. Hard to move up, I know people who've been working here for 10+ years just to move up as a center manager. Nothing more. The raises are ridiculous. I got a 10 cent raise. The pay sucks!!!!!! Just steer clear of this company. May look nice on the outside looking in but trust my word. Run!!!
