Avantages
Everything looks perfect and agreeable before signing of the contract. All the staffs are friendly and sociable when having lunch together as a team.
Inconvénients
Poor time management. The managing team will last minute assigned you a task to do and sometimes they expect the work to be done by the end of the day. The managing team also has minimum knowledge of IT programming and when you explain it to them, they would not get what u mean and start berating you if it does not follow their criteria. It is really a toxic workplace as they do have a split personality when at work and during lunch. They may be friendly during lunch hours but when during an meeting, if they get angry and if you want to voice out your opinion, most of the time it will be ignored and they will still insist that you follow their opinion instead. Overall, when you are working there for a long period of time you would not enjoy the working lifestyle as it is super hectic and tiring when you leave for home. If you read up the other reviews given by different user, their reviews are totally relatable and accurate.
