      Avantages

      The work culture is positive. My boss was the best boss anyone could wish for, ample personal and vacation time.

      Inconvénients

      IRA restricted to a company who demands high payments to manage IRA. The pay is a bit low and the medical benefits aren't great but they do have an HSA program

      Generous PTO, great agency atmosphere, hybrid work model, family first agency, C.O.O. and C.P.O. make a great team.

      Inconvénients

      Contract funding makes pay lower than staff deserve.
