Avantages
The Pre-2013 management era of the company was great and one to be proud of. The founders, who have since moved on, left a lasting foundation of core scientific methodologies that continues to carry AIBiotech today. While compensation is good - its only used to buy loyalty and promote unqualified individuals to positions they know they could never find or have anywhere else given their work experience and education.
Inconvénients
If you can look past the toxic corporate culture, heartless executive leadership who flat out lies to employees – this is still a horrible company to be associated with. Currently it’s operating as a shell of its former self. All of the scientist with experience in actual “Biotech” research and molecular diagnostics have left the company or have been forced out by the current Owner/Operator/CEO - who has no experience in the actual core business of a real biotech company - nor any true understanding of what it takes to actually run one. Given the decision making that goes on at the ownership level there is clearly more interest in using AIBiotech’s scientific capabilities to create more alcohol infused - ice-cream over actually doing real science. Over the last few years the owner/operator/CEO has been dismantling the company by funneling AIBioTech assets and profits into other failing business ventures to include: an IT company, pill dispensing company, an alcohol infused - ice-cream company, and several shadow pathology labs - Platinum Pathology (equipped with AIBiotech equipment and originally registered with a state corporation filing listing the owners address as 601 Biotech Drive), and now Granger Diagnostics also operating out of the same 601 Biotech Drive address. All signs AIBioTech as a company is well on its way to be transformed into an outdated low level pathology lab by a washed up pathologist. With that said - worst of all the Owner/Operator/CEO does not care about his employees or their families!
