Inconvénients
I was initially drawn to this company because they seemed to have a strong emphasis on employee rights and welfare. But after some time, it's clear that a lot of what's presented is just sugar-coated and not genuinely followed through on. One of the most telling signs? The constant turnover. Employees frequently leave, which says a lot about the actual work environment. A big issue is the management. Many managers seem inexperienced, which impacts their teams negatively. Another concern is the lack of ownership. Instead of taking responsibility, many try to pass their work onto others, making it hard to get things done or know who's in charge of what. In short, while the company tries to present a positive image, the reality for employees is quite different. Would advise those considering joining to think twice.
