      Avantages

      Very Diverse Product Mix which makes for Longevity in this industry. Good Benefits and Safe, Clean work Environment. Lots of emphasis on safety, quality and delivery which is always good. Culture in the company is very positive.

      Inconvénients

      Wages aren't as good as some surrounding companies. Upward Mobility is somewhat limited. 401K plan could be vastly improved.

      Good people, Good leadership team in the plant. Good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Don't have enough people working there, but do good with what they have. Wear a lot of hats. Pay.
