      Team manager is very good. compensation is good for the work I do. Good perks - on-site gym, health insurance, stock programs, employee discount,

      Inconvénients

      Role is often very boring, mostly IT tickets, not much interesting dev work. Stressful & very busy at times. sometimes late meetings in US hours. 3 days in-office, upper management sometimes pushing for more than 3 days in office.

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
