      Avantages

      One can pick up a lot of related work experience. The team work is fine. Also the management is very imformative.

      Inconvénients

      Some times the work loads could be very busy espencialy when the new products approaching the dead line and employees required to work overtime.

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
