      Avantages

      Casual environment....jeans, snickers, head phones, flip flops.

      Inconvénients

      Bad management, very unorganized, no communication. Managers instead of talking to their employees they prefer to hear it, from other people that have nothing to do with that department.

      Inconvénients

      The Training department is excellent, but more detailed and intentional training, including mentoring, is needed. A new hire or newly promoted employee does not know what to ask. Those who have held the position should communicate needs and help create more robust training.
