      Avantages

      Some good people, or victims as we like to call them.

      Inconvénients

      Management across branches is horrible. With ever changing kpi, goals, responsibilities and decreasing pay, with a likely future of being replaced by call centers this is not where you should invest your time and skills. No wonder it is toxic.

      Avantages

      Pay is good and some days you will go home with 200 in tips

      Inconvénients

      They over load you with stops, they don't care much about driving conditions. You will still be required to complete stops in a snow storm. Emptying trash at the end of day is a disaster.
