      Travail à domicile selon le projet

      Inconvénients

      Pas de bonus, jours de congé de maladie. La direction ne semble pas se soucier des employés Licencier du personnel sans préavis ni avantages, n'a rien à voir avec votre performance (plutôt pas de projets, allez vous asseoir à la maison) Rémunération différente pour le personnel du même niveau Pas d'échelle salariale unifiée et les promotions sont à peine faites Les associés et les analystes seniors font le même travail et sont payés différemment

      Avantages

      -good experience with a variety of clients -potential for good managers -possible work from home

      Inconvénients

      -clients can be demanding and managers usually won’t have a backbone to fight for their employees -micromanaging is usually the case in most instances -if a client sucks, you simply have to deal with it without any managers helping you.
