My experience at AMOS Group has been extremely disappointing due to the toxic work environment. There is a severe lack of transparency and communication from management, and the frequent changes in leadership, particularly amid current senior leaders, have only made the situation worse. Employees are overworked, underappreciated, and expected to take on excessive workloads due to mass layoffs. The culture promotes favoritisms, unrealistic expectations, and little to no regard for work-life balance. Instead of valuing employees, the company prioritizes cost-cutting at the expense of morale and well-being. Many talented individuals have left due to burnout and poor treatment, yet no real efforts are made to improve conditions. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and supportive work environment.
