Avantages

Benefits such as health, dental, sick and vacation time off are really good. The compensation is okay for a non-profit.

Inconvénients

They only promote friends. It doesn't matter how good you are at your job or how many ideas they implement from you.

Avantages

AMTA has changed a great deal over the last few years and it shows. Leadership pays attention and wants to create an environment where staff feels engaged and valued. Work/life balance and benefits are great, and the current teams are very collaborative.

Inconvénients

Advancement will always be a challenge in mid size organizations and leadership is working to better define what that looks like.

Avantages

Remote Policy Good Work/Life balance

Inconvénients

Poor upper management. CEO Jeff Flom spews platitudes in an effort to appear as though he is listening and cares about employees. In reality, he has proven he will do whatever it takes to cement his own position within the company and satiate the Board of Directors. He is a weak, self-first leader who does not care about the employees that make the company go.
