It is a job. They offer reasonable benefits. Sometimes the Air Conditioning works.
Inconvénients
'Leadership' is only a façade. The company is admin heavy, and it fights to remain that way. The average worker is smacked around like a paper sack on a highway, always to be told they are expendable. The pay is not horrible, but you never quite know how long your spot will be kept, or seen as viable. In just under a year, they hired hundreds of folks, mostly drug addicts, and illegal aliens. They then ran drug tests, and I-9 verifications, losing more than they had hired. They also, at the time decided to expand production capability, while taking new customers on, without a cleaning crew. Nearly every batch that is run, has some defect or another that is kept hidden. Rarely is there ever any concern for the customers product.
