Perspective commerciale
Avantages
A great workplace culture, relaxed and informal. They focus on growing and supporting talent internally. They invest a lot of time supporting mental health, neurodivergence, LGBT, women in tech, amongst others.
Inconvénients
Remuneration feels a little low compared with others businesses in the sector, but that's just my personal experience. Some teams seem to be under-resourced leading to difficultly getting support when you need to reach-out to other teams.
