      Avantages

      Benefits include the wealth of learning of cloud services within a friendly and helpful work environment in which through the work culture means that staff are friendly and teach, collaborate and communicate well with each other.

      Inconvénients

      Can be poor management at the senior level which can seem unorganised such as a few redundancies happened over a short time frame for employees that had joined the business within 12 months of starting.
