Avantages
Teamwork and support from those lower than management is fantastic, as a whole the team vibe is just second to none.
Inconvénients
Everyone in management could not care less, they put on a front that they will support you through growth options such as shadowing or assisting you through courses and qualifications, they claim to be available to query and consistently put on a good show with events and posts on social media, but the sad reality is, it's mostly false, you are stone walled at every turn, there is little to no assistance in gaining knowledge of other departments or skills, any queries you raise are rarely answered or your expected to wait months for updates, there is no attempt to repair the trust between management and lower ranked staff, you're not even able to be proud of your own achievements as they do a yearly self evaluation where they then put you down with little to no reasoning and to top it off the wages are shockingly bad.
