      Employees other than owners were friendly and professional

      Inconvénients

      Owners are generally terrible. They don't treat employees well at all. They are exceptionally frugal and you're career will only be hurt by working here.

      Avantages

      The principals are tough but if you are smart you are rewarded and respected. High expectations and moves fast, not for the faint of heart.

      Inconvénients

      Not a large company with endless resources. Tough combination with things moving very fast.
