      Avantages

      Pay is good, international environment. Opportunities to travel if in right role. Some great colleagues (not all)

      Inconvénients

      It’s an anonymous life if in the wrong role. People take none to very limited effort to know each other. Leadership on CEO-2 doesn’t agree with each other and fights for their own interests. Team managers are not interested in their own team, leading to high burnout rates across the board. Especially difficult in terms of work pressure for people who have transferred from overseas and are dependent on visa to stay in Europe. High turnover rate, almost everyone I started with has been fired or has left.
