Staffing can be a real challenge. Entry-level pay isn’t very competitive, and some of the systems feel outdated and overly complex, which makes training harder than it should be. You wear many hats such as food catering and procurement can be especially demanding in busy seasons. The business is market-driven, the volume swings can be intense. It’s tough to staff appropriately without putting strain on the team.
