Avantages
During my employment there have been many changes in our industry. ARC has always been at the forefront of adopting new technology and making changes to stay viable in an ever-changing marketplace. Whether it has required adopting new practices, developing software for process efficiency or changing the focus of our team, ARC has always been forward thinking and quick to make necessary changes.
Inconvénients
The only cons I can think of have to do with the ever-changing industry we work in, not with ARC itself. As I stated in my Pros I feel that ARC has done a good job of changing with the environment. ARC makes tough decisions all the time, which I don;t always agree with, but at the end of the day, I appreciate that they aren't fearful to make those decisions. If you are fearful of change ARC may not be the best place for you. If change and sharing your ides are what motivate you, ARC is the place for you.
