      Good leadership, the CEO is top notch and always keeps the company and employees in the forefront. Teams are encouraged to pursue the latest and greatest technologies. Being a smaller company, everyone has a voice in the direction for the business and management listens.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a fast moving company can be frustrating as goals can change rapidly and projects that I have been fully engaged on can suddenly be put on the back-burner.

      - The Management team truly cares about your career arc and building your skills beyond what I had when I joined the company - The Management team is very transparent about the company, how we are doing financially, and our overall direction. I feel like everyone is approachable and transparent regardless of our titles. - Everyone is encouraged to learn new skills and contribute in ways beyond what we were initially hired to do. I have been able to learn and expand my programming knowledge here because I was passionate about it and the company encouraged me to grow.
