      Avantages

      Good working environment, flexible working hours and they pay overtime. Salary is slightly higher than average in Spain. It is relatively easy to switch projects if you don't feel motivated by the one you are working on.

      Inconvénients

      As software engineer it is not stimulating. There is not much decision-making power regarding the software.
