NY HQ is nice, but if you don't live there it's a moot point. Pay is reasonably competitive (it has to be to get anyone to stay) Smart people in Engineering
Inconvénients
CEO is an egomaniacal narcissist. Disappears for days on end, and no one can get in touch with him. Not on sales calls, not in internal meetings - what is he doing? Employee are walking on eggshells not knowing what will set him off. CEO has openly said that he doesn't care about culture and diversity, he cares about sales. The company is "diverse enough". (P.S. - having an office in Argentina doesn't count!) The product is SO niche and specific that making a sale in very limited in targets and is an incredibly long and daunting process, the rest of the company can't move until the sales team performs and it's a never-ending cycle. They are reinventing the wheel with every customer - flying the plane while they are building it and have no repeatable processes.
