      Engineering management can be flexible Relaxed environment No dress code Desire for continuous improvement

      Inconvénients

      Mix between "lean" manufacturing and old school manufacturing leads to constant communication issues and schedule changes. One job could be low on priority on a monday, and highest priority by the next day. It's almost like the schedule is written, then re-written, on a weekly basis.

      Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Culture is positive for the most part. Company has grown a lot in the last 5 years

      Inconvénients

      growing pains from being a small family owned company just a couple years ago.
