      High pay and great insurance, pension for executives, and bonus structure.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible HR support and C-level leadership. Constant changing of strategic direction. Not always truthful around headcount and organizational issues.

      little to no oversight, so most people do very little actual work.

      Inconvénients

      leadership is driving the company into a burning fire. worst IT department security leadership I've seen. heavy drinking culture. this was one of the least diverse workplaces I have ever seen.
