Leadership with integrity -During the last 7 years I’ve gotten to know the company leadership and these guys are honest. There’s a lot of transparency and it’s cool that they keep us informed on the company’s vision and goals. Working mom friendly- Becoming a mom and navigating those new responsibilities along with helping to provide for my family has gone way better than expected. My position here has molded into what I needed to be able to make a difference for the company/advance my career and also be there for my little one as I need to be.
