      Avantages

      I've worked at ASEA for 6 years, I even left and worked for another company before I ended up coming back, because you just don't find a place like this. The people are super friendly, they put a lot of time and effort in to the development of leadership, and it's a good environment. They've come a long way in transparency and communication!

      Inconvénients

      People don't leave, so growth opportunities outside of your current role (like a move to another department) don't come around very often.

      Avantages

      ASEA has some of the best people I've ever seen in all the companies in my career in multiple levels of the company. The management team is very kind, and do their best. They care about the employees, and throw 2 fun company parties a year with a generous gift. ASEA also gives merit increases each year without fail, holiday cash, and when the company meets their goals, pays bonus.

      Inconvénients

      The company seems to be behind on process flow, how decisions are made, who makes them, and what priorities are for each dept. Company-wide communication could be more timely.
