      High tech company with open culture that values opinions

      Inconvénients

      Separate engineering departments for customer support and development engineering. Communication between these departments is challenging and sometimes data is not feely shared. Additionally, relationship between project/program leads and managers/group leads is challenging due to KPIs that are not aligned.
