      Avantages

      It's a very well payed company with a lot of benefits for the people.

      Inconvénients

      It's very stressful in production, but I feel is because of bad management, there are so many layers of managers, it makes difficult to make decisions fast and is easy to make bad decisions.

      Avantages

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Inconvénients

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
