      Company van, plenty of overtime

      Inconvénients

      Awful management. Bullying not only rife but encouraged. Top manager is so incompetent and supported by people with even less of a clue. Serious concerns raised to HR department that not only went ignored but were used against people who raised issues. Poisonous toxic place

      Avantages

      Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

      Inconvénients

      No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

      Lots of opportunity for growth, very interesting product, most of the staff are very helpful and like to share their knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training and documentation of processes but improving. Disconnect between Swedish and US economic factors.
