Avantages
At ASquared the leadership team is actively seeking feedback and the best ways to implement it. They keep their team at the centre and when things go stressful (which will always be the case when you care about the work you do and deliver to the highest standard) there's great support within the team. We look out for each other. We get mental health check-ins and days off. The projects we engage with are qualified based on the impact they can make for the planet and the people and we're choosing to work with the teams who are aligned with our values.
Inconvénients
We constantly grow and try to improve. We have a super senior cross-team and we are always on the lookout to get talent in. When you have high standards it's not always easy to find appropriate people fast enough.
