Managers who are supposed to train you hand it off to others who do not know how to teach at all. Some managers are in school, have another job, and are in meetings all day. When you want to "think outside the box" or just differently, you get told to just do what everyone else is doing. Getting acquired by Naggaro really should everyone's true colors where they all just sucked up to management if fear of losing their job. Interns for companies can do social listening and say what's going wrong. Here, you just tell the client what they want to hear. No creativity, just copy and paste what the social listening software is telling you and keep your mouth shut.
