Avantages
You get exposure to a great number of products, so if you're open to doing some learning on your own, the comapny can be a good place to get some experience.
Inconvénients
None of the people in upper management know what they are doing. After Bob Gartland left , the people running the show have no clue who their customers are. The branches are WAY understaffed. The POS system is a major problem: it's been that way for THREE years and management refuses to admit it's been a major mistake. They also have a new phone system that is far less usefull than the system it replaced. Finally, the website is pretty useless, the competition is far superior in this aspect of buisiness, including AVAD's sister company, DBL. The company pays lip service to training employees and clients, and never actually manages to do a good job.
