Avantages
The first thing to know is about six months training, we should not have any mindset about the working hours during that period. In this six months I learned how to gather the requirements, design and develop. One another thing is I got chance to work in all the stages of the software development so I got an entire view about the product. Every month there would be an one to one status meeting with their reporting leads ,they gave feedback in detail. It was so much helpful in improving my development skills. Need to believe and align towards the ideology and philosophy of Avasoft so the rest of the thing would come without fail.ie.Sallary and increment
Inconvénients
During the training period I was put into many pressure situations to reach the target, which was also helpful while handling customers and end customers.
