Pay was great
Inconvénients
Too many micro managers in place
The extra added pay for responsibilities wasn't worth the risk whether you was a program manager (you could get reprimanded if your program failed an inspection) or dealt with Avionics stuff just wasn't enough for them
Not much room for growth or better opportunities
