Avantages
Plenty of work to go around as the company is well understaffed. An employee has not seen overworked and underpaid until they work at AVX. Look elsewhere for employment for your own good. Seriously, never walk through the doors of AVX as an employee for you will soon realize the idocracy.
Inconvénients
The company still manages to make money with the work ethics. Change of leadership did not change unethical culture as was expected in April 2015. The company moved from Myrtle Beach to Greenville, and has since hired all Greenville employees on a much lower payscale than the Myrtle Beach hires. Salary brackets are skewed much lower, and MB employees get 8% yearly raise for meeting expectations while Greenville hires only get 2%.
