Exec leadership preach, but don’t lead by example on anything! Mandatory enforcement of three days in the office yet leadership & Exec do 1 - 2 days. It’s not a nice place to work - prison camp in Russia would be better. HR are clueless and led by someone that is also clueless. Zero opportunities in With your career your career, since the training manager has left someone in HR take it over and they are weak in their role but somehow manages to stay.
