So many to list. Very high turnover rate. Many jobs being outsourced. Outdated processes in place. Just always putting out fires and not doing anything proactive or innovative. No professional growth or development in place. Top Managers are supervisors, not leaders and have gotten to their positions because of buddying up with the right C Suite person and not because they earned it.
