      Avantages

      Some staff that are great. Christmas party starts at 12

      Inconvénients

      Unhealthy and very unhappy culture Serious grievances brushed over Blame culture Lack of modern skills and experience in management holding company back Ever dwindling staff and budget Unsupportive and unprogressive culture, especially the managers who also don’t understand how to move the company forward - some people refuse to share knowledge or utilise modern tools in fear of losing their value

      -nice people to work with -flexible working -degree of autonomy in your role

      -low pay -processes can be a bit clunky/chaotic -no career progression pathways -upper mgmt not diverse, lower level employees are however
