      AbleTo product is very good

      Inconvénients

      Management of practitioners is reactive, unprofessional and those of us who are WoC are being led by leaders who haven't done their own work for the ways of how to support those of us who are minoritized by race, gender, neurodiversity and life circumstances which would make fitting into the AbleTo happy meal different.

      Thanks for leaving a review! We agree that flexibility is a great part of working at AbleTo. Please note that our full-time Therapists are currently completing an average of 26 participant sessions per week, which is the established productivity target, and are meeting or exceeding our expectations for quality metrics.       Great PTO and great coworkers.

      Horrible management as there was a lack of organization.
