      Avantages

      Good mission. Newer company allows for greater creativity.

      Inconvénients

      Culture needs to be improved. Managers can be punitive, micro-managing and lacks accountability so you have some in leadership who've been there a while but lack people leading skills. Because of the for-profit nature, too strong emphasis on increasing revenue leading to poor job security. Need better ongoing incentives and rewards for performance. Pay could be better. Vacation and benefits need to be improved. Only about 1 week vacation.

      Potential to help close gaps for at risk

      Inconvénients

      Corporation unaware and unwilling to invest in local community and culture. Parents, students, and staff are all sold on the idea of small classes, career coaching, reading and math coaching… in reality those things did not happen and students suffered. No accountability from corporate stakeholders, only blame towards others without attempts to understand the problem.
