Avantages
You get to work side by side with some truly talented people (don't get too excited, read the Cons now)
Inconvénients
All those talented people will quit or be fired (the average is one person every two months), no one lasts more than a year or so. Management has created a toxic work environment. The client walks all over you, treats you with disrespect and management not only allows it, it's practically encouraged. Your time will be micromanaged and you get reprimanded if you work normal business hours; staying late everyday is required (not for managers though, they go home early). There is no respect or professionalism here. Managers are condescending bullies that only care about money. Profanity laced power-trip tantrums, I mean "motivational speeches" are all too common. If they don't like the way you talk to or look at them you might find yourself being belittled, cursed out, or even fired. Employees here are treated like resources, not like the rock stars that they are, not even like humans; clearly Acceleration believes the supply of truly talented people will never run out. Everyone is burned out. There is a line at the exit, people can't get out fast enough.
