Avantages
I genuinely feel AP is a great company to work for... I feel valued, heard, challenged, and have opportunities to grow, learn, and develop. I feel I'm seen more as a person rather than just a number. Healthcare is good and fully covered, and there's unlimited PTO. While AP's benefits are good, they're relatively status quo for the industry and not a huge standout anymore.
Inconvénients
The pay is rough. People are leaving and making $20-50k elsewhere easily (and at jr levels). The work is neverending often leaving people swamped and not able to practice the work/life balance AP tries to promote. Over the past year, AP also seems to have gotten a lot more micromanage-y across the board. It used to feel like sr and executive leadership trusted their teams and colleagues, now people are tirelessly questioned if anything goes wrong, leading to feelings of distrust and the blame game.
