Avantages
I was an early intern with the company and it was really impressive how experienced and knowledgeable the senior management is when it comes to building a company. You really get the sense that they want to be here for the long run and they do a good job retaining employees and developing people; a lot of the first 50 people are still there. Seems like management does a good job protecting employees from politics. The company is young so it has a very fun positive energetic atmosphere. Employees did a lot of activities together and management likes to get involved
Inconvénients
Not as nerdy as other company cultures which isn't for everyone. Benefits weren't crazy. It sounds like they are having some problems with pivoting and some of the compounds didn't work out as hoped. Certainly a biotech startup culture with all of the ups and downs.
