      Avantages

      Not many, might be a good place for developers. But developers are treated with care everywhere, anyway. Respect to founders for building the company from grounds up but it is high time they get someone professional to run the company.

      Inconvénients

      The product is on desktop and old technology stack. Nobody even heard of or use Apple products or cloud technology. The entire world is just nuts to be using the best experience and technology. Macs are looked down upon and Windows is appreciated. The company is not sure of the direction it takes and just trying to shop around in all markets and ends up selling in Indian market. Too many changes in Marketing strategies.

      Avantages

      Friendly and supportive work environment. The team was helpful and explained concepts clearly. Good opportunity for students to understand real industry practices and technologies. Positive workplace culture and professional atmosphere during the visit.

      Inconvénients

      Limited hands-on experience during a short visit. More interactive sessions or practical demonstrations would make the learning experience even better for interns.
