      There aren't any pros. At all.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad, most of the co workers are bad, and the company expects you to work near 60 hours a week but won't give you a raise or any benefits

      Laid-back at night shift, vending machines, free to listen to music

      Inconvénients

      Lack of management during nightshifts, free-for-all and constantly having to do the work of others
