      Avantages

      They did get us lunch once a week in 2019

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. Unprofessional and messy. Nothing really made sense, I didn't even understand how could a company like this operate without it going bankrupt and/or be taken to court for multiple illegal suspicions. 1 year later it all came true though. It's declared bankrupt and have lots of pending legal issues that they will manage to sort out due to their high ranking law background. They now opened a new company under the exact same address called spring healthcare with the same managers. God save those that do business with them again. Lots of weird stuff was going around, lots of people scammed and never paid. I was glad I got out of this mess before it ended up declared bankrupt. What surprised me though is that it took them 9 months longer to go bankrupt than what I predicted. I could not believe a company like this could ever exist, especially for so long. Made no sense at all, nothing made sense to be accurate. I wanted to quit every day I worked there.

Accutor is a dynamic firm that is continually getting better and current employees have approached managers praising the work culture and how managers are approachable. We are situated on one of the best high streets in Malta and employees enjoy lunches being ordered in on behalf of the firm, fresh fruit available on a daily basis and muffins for breakfast! The firm also caters for employees' dietary requirements such as those who do not eat meat or are vegan. We all look forward to the month end socials and there is already excitement in the office about this month's social. We are also looking to become eco-friendly by separating our waste from organic waste, recycling and general waste. It is therefore unfortunate to hear you had such an experience.       Avantages

      Cela commence dès le premier jour. Vous serez mis dans le bain dès le début à cause de la nature rapide et les exigences au large spectre de l'entreprise. Vous serez exposé à des incidents nouveaux et complexes, et ce sera une courbe d'apprentissage efficace pour consolider vos compétences relationnelles. Chaque employé chez Accutor peut laisser sa marque et peut gravir les échelons grâce à ses performances professionnelles.

      Inconvénients

      Le travail ne s'arrête jamais à Accutor, et vous devez travailler de façon assez intense pour suivre le rythme. Il faut faire des heures supplémentaires presque tous les jours et parfois même contribuer le week-end. L'équipe avec qui vous travaillez est en général chaleureuse et positive avec quelques incidents mineurs de politique interne.
