      Avantages

      Some staffs here use their working hour to chat on whatsapp for their personal matters and coffee chats. If you see 1 male and 1 female colleagues are not at their desk at the same time: They are having coffee chats. You can come in and leave office on time and use working hour to chat. What does a female and a male do when they often chat on whatsapp and have many coffee sessions? We go to work to make revenue increase or revenue lost?

      Avantages

      Not that I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      The HR manager make things more complicated than needed most of the time, too much office politics. HR team needs a lot of improvement. If a manager has always been in a company and never experienced elsewhere I am not sure what inward contributions are there and how that could actually last so long.

      Avantages

      - Pay is comparable with market - Quite generous benefits. Many training. - Work is challenging but interesting - Informal work culture - Good work location and environment - Lots of changes the past years, but mostly better

      Inconvénients

      - Some managers don't know how to manage well
